3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before work begins. Remaining payments are due upon completion of agreed milestones. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your service contract.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete projects within estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to weather, material shortages, or permit issues. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly.

5. Change Orders

6. Warranty Coverage
